While I was on my health and fitness journey, I was always on google, listening to podcasts, and buying every diet book I could get my hands on. While I learned a lot, I had no idea how to actually put all my newfound knowledge to work.
I was struggling, miserable, my self-esteem was non-existent, and I became anxious and depressed. I never “had enough time” to cook or work out, I was juggling work, school, and my kid(s). The clothes in my closet did not fit but I did not want to keep buying frumpy clothes for that body I hated.
I hated not being able to stick to a diet, having to wear my cover up while swimming because I did not want people seeing my thighs (and stretch marks), always craving sugar and never being able to stop eating it, the back fat sticking out my bra, always trying to hide those lumps and rolls, and never being able to get rid of that lower belly pouch that never went away…
When I finally got my sh*t together and finally lost the weight, I knew I had to share what I learned with the women everywhere. I knew I had a gift to share with the world and I knew I wanted to be living breathing proof to women that it is possible to lose weight quickly (without fad dieting) and without going crazy in the process.
