So what is that? I don’t believe in restriction and I don’t believe in shoving kale down your throat until you’re blue in the face. Although fasting is literally not eating, so many amazing things happen to our bodies when we fast. Diets just do not work as I’m sure you’ve guessed after trying over and over again to lose the same 10, 20, 30, 50+ pounds. I’ve been there …


It’s not just about cutting calories, it’s about teaching your body to burn its own fat for energy and in order to do this, you need to scale back on the carbs …. Now, this is where the Flexi comes to play … When I say scale back on carbs, I do not mean completely eliminating carbs altogether (carbs have a special place) and let’s face it, pretty much everything has carbs right? If I told you to never eat carbs, you’ll start to crave them and once you hit your goals and start “eating again” the weight will come back … with a vengeance … and you’ll be right back where you started. By Fasting, you allow you body to better utilize the carbs you eat instead of just storing them as fat.



Cravings are a big deal. They play a huge part in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to  stop overeating, quit emotionally eating, and breakup with dieting. Cravings are not the enemy! In case you haven’t noticed, our bodies no habla English. Our bodies can only speak to use through hormones, energy, memories, and visual signals. So when you want to eat cake, its not the cake your body needs, the cake is your body’s way of telling you it needs something and its speaking to you in a way that you will understand.
It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “essential factors” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
Moving your body is an important part of burning fat and staying healthy. How you move your body is important. Don’t waste time being a “cardio bunny”.  Don’t spend hours in the gym doing boring cardio and don’t waste time hitting the gym without a plan. Don’t nobody got time for that. You can burn a huge amount of calories, in a short amount of time, burn fat while you sleep, and drop inches like a boss using my favorite exercise, HIIT.. & my second love Heavy Lifting. Not up for high intensity or heavy lifting? No problem, together we can find your ideal exercise – something you love to do and will stick to long term. My goal is to make it a lifestyle that you  will want to do for life!
Don’t worry, you won’t starve … and … I promise you can still eat some of the foods you love. Flexibility is the key to sustainability and is key to making sure we keep our sanity in the process. I DON’T overcomplicate things … like you, I have a busy life and can’t deal with complicated recipes, long strenuous workouts, and having to bring your own food with you everywhere you go.
I’m a foodie, period. I was able to lose nearly 50 pounds without starving, while still drinking alcoholic drinks, and without depriving myself of my adored sweet and salty treats every now and then. I like to have fun and I’m soooo not for a diet that keeps me from having it.

I believe life is meant to be enjoyed. Food has been the center of celebrations for thousands of years, it isn’t going anywhere. It’s ok to give yourself a break every now and then and still reach your goals.  It helps keep you sane, motivated, focused, and can help keep your metabolism high so you won’t have to worry about re-gain once you receive your #BodyGoals.
